Luxi App Released

We're thrilled to announce that Luxi app for iPhone is available on the App Store now! The app is designed to provide a seamless experience while using Luxi on your iPhone. And because we developed it, we're able to offer a more comprehensive experience. We now have our own software platform on which to launch new features, improvements, and user suggestions, so keep them coming! Luxi Slippage Fix

A few Luxi users have been having a problem with Luxis slipping off their phones. The following is an explanation of the issue and a quick and easy fix.Luxi comes packaged with a card insert, which contains the lanyard and microfiber pouch... like so:The problem arises in a few cases where the microfiber bag was bunched up inside the card, inside Luxi. This resulted in the clasp being held open inside the package.Plastic tends to 'creep' which means that its natural resting position will start to deflect if it is held in a particular position.To fix this, simply insert a...

Hi Kickstarters, The Luxi manufacturer had a couple logistical issues last week, which resulted in an interruption of the production run, but we’ve been assured the whole order will be complete by July 29. We’ve made the executive decision to get all the Luxis sent here by air-freight as soon as they’re done, in an effort to make up for some lost time. Luxi Update 8

We shipped the machined (hand-finished) Luxis out on May 30, so the super-early adopters should have theirs now. We’re especially grateful to you guys for your investment in the Luxi project. You helped us enormously and your contribution is much appreciated. The final production models arrived in-house today, and they look fantastic. We had a little back-and-forth about the packaging, and a small rubber grip pad that helps to secure Luxi in place.
